Plastic Injection Molds

Each mold is custom-made from certified tool steels such as S136, 1.2343, 738H, P20, NAK80, or H13, depending on the expected mold life (ranging from 50,000 to 1,000,000 injections shots), surface finish, and resin compatibility. Cavity counts range from one to 16+ or more, depending on part size and production volume requirements.

Our Design Process & Capabilities:

• Our design process includes comprehensive design-for-manufacturing (DFM) analysis, parting line optimization, cooling channel layout, ejector system design, and the selection of hot or cold runner systems.
• We are experienced in manufacturing molds with complex features such as lifters, slides, inserts, ejector mechanisms, and interchangeable cores.
